The Baby Brother

Last April we launched Fillet – our biggest pendant ever. An elegant yet deliberately industrial aesthetic 80cm in diameter; this is the stylish tough
guy of our range that can output up to 300 watts depending on the bulb source.

Now our hard man has a little brother, a mere 40cm wide.

Small Fillet will be launched in Paris, just as stylish as its older sibling but a little bit easier to get
through the door without scratching the frame!

Same great finishes, same great slatted diffusers concept, much easier to pick up the box!

Fillet was designed by the Innermost in house team and designer Chak Wong (one of the team who worked on
the original with Geeio Yuen) has applied the same details and control to junior as he did to senior.

Aluminium shell, Acrylic diffuser, steel fittings. Matt finish – Black or White with matching diffuser colours.

Originally shown by Innermost at Milan last year as a prototype the first of the Aviva series is now
available to order.

First to market is the Aviva Rocker in a black leather weave. This is a slick piece that is both absolutely of the moment but also evokes the best
feelings of furniture design from the recent past. Aviva features a beautiful triangular curving seat frame (as comfortable as it is elegant) and solid teak rockers. The seat is woven 3 dimensionally; it is not an easy construction that Jarrod Lim devised but it works brilliantly and provides great support.
Jarrod designed both chair and rocker versions and during the first half of 2012 Innermost will be bringing all the options to market.

Future – basic 4 leg lounge chair option in a variety of colours and a synthetic weave coming later in 2012.

Portland was developed by a desire to change perceptions about concrete.

The design mixes the matt tones of cast grey concrete exterior with bright spring like colours on its interior.
Its pentagonal jewel-like shape is designed to work well in groups, in clusters, lines or patterns.

The five sided faceted form is a two part concrete casting and is powered by a 3 Watt LED GU10 spot bulb so
it’s energy credentials are excellent.

The result is a form that is both a cool calm detail addition to even the most minimally designed interior
and one that has character and warmth.

Portland Interior Colours:Gloss, White, Aqua, Red
James Bartlett studied 3D Design in his home town of Manchester at Manchester
Metropolitan University before moving to London. He has been part of
the in house design studio at Innermost since 2008. His work focuses on
material, process and construction as priorities when he designs.
